Pour maintenir le cap du développement ou forcer les pas de l’émergence, ces nations s’appuient avec déférence sur ces secteurs, gage d’un avenir assuré, et traitent les acteurs concernés avec beaucoup d’égards. Le Japon, la Chine et certains pays d’Asie du Sud-est en sont une parfaite illustration. C’est pourquoi, les cadres de la République des Valeurs (RV), conscients de la gravité de l’heure et des multiples défis à relever, se sont imposé le devoir moral de tirer la sonnette d’alarme en dénonçant fermement le traitement avilissant et déshonorant que l’État a réservé aux Enseignants, vaillants soldats du savoir, véritables forgeurs d’âmes et concepteurs de citoyens modèles, en ces moments d’incertitudes liées à la Covid-19.
Les spectacles déshumanisants auxquels les vaillants enseignants sont soumis ces jours-ci, au Terminus de Liberté 5 et partout ailleurs au Sénégal, témoignent simplement du mépris que les autorités nourrissent sans cesse à l’endroit de leur corporation, ce qui ne saurait être accepté. Les images terrifiantes mises à nu par ce convoyage des enseignants vers leurs lieux de service respectifs témoignent manifestement encore du manque notoire de respect envers l’école sénégalaise. En autorisant la réouverture des classes ce 02 juin 2020 et en exposant ainsi les enseignants, tout porte à croire que l’Etat du Sénégal dispose d’un nouvel agenda : celui de favoriser la propagation du virus, qui contaminerait des milliers de personnes, lui permettant enfin d’expérimenter le vaccin imposé par les lobbies pharmaceutiques. Toutefois, les Sénégalais ne sont pas des apatrides et ont tout compris du jeu clair-obscur de ce régime veule et frileux.
Les sorties malheureuses du ministre de l’éducation nationale promettant l’effectivité des mesures barrières d’ici le 02 juin prochain et du DG de Dakar Dem Dikk tirant à boulets rouges sur les enseignants ne sont, en réalité, qu’un cirque enfantin et puéril dicté par une démagogie aux allures populistes visant à stigmatiser le corps. Et pourtant, à ce jour, aucune trace de matériels sanitaires n’est encore constatée dans la majorité des établissements. Pire encore, certaines autorités déconcentrées demandent simplement aux chefs d’établissements publics de leur localité de faire usage de leur maigre budget pour compléter le matériel manquant. Quel État affabulateur, berneur et désinformateur !!!
En tout état de cause, la responsabilité, dans un contexte pareil, exigerait que la réouverture soit différée au mois de septembre comme l’ont déjà proposé certains spécialistes de l’éducation. Ainsi, cette formule permettrait non seulement de sauver l’année, mais de terminer correctement les programmes des classes intermédiaires, puis d’organiser dans un esprit résolument serein les examens de fin d’année car nul n’a le droit, fût-il le Président de la République, de travailler à la désagrégation de l’école publique sénégalaise. Fort éprise de ce constant désolant, la République des Valeurs dit non à cette entreprise organisée de sabotage de l’école sénégalaise
Par contre la RV tient profondément à la préservation de cette institution publique qui a hissé des enfants venant de milieux et de familles modestes et parfois défavorisés à des niveaux de responsabilité, jusque-là, jamais soupçonnés.
