Troisième Décret Sur L’honorariat : La République Discréditée, Selon Thierno A. SALL

La république, selon Thierno Alassane SALL ‹‹ est en danger parce-qu’elle est discréditée chaque jour par les tenants du pouvoir ››. A lui, de se demander ‹‹ Quel crédit accorder à cette session de rattrapage pour repêcher le Décret N° 964 du 17 avril 2020, enfin publié le 19 juin au JO ? Soit trois semaines après les référés et recours du Congrès de la Renaissance Démocratique (CRD) auprès de la Cour Suprême ?››
Le leader de la République des Valeurs n’entend pas laisser cette affaire et continue de déplorer ces pratiques honteuses de Macky Sall et de son régime. Jusque là, on en est à une troisième publication dans le J.O d’un même objectif, celui d’accorder un honorariat aux anciens présidents du Conseil Economique Social et Environnemental. Cette affaire semble être une patate chaude entre les mains de l’exécutif, qui de plus en plus discrédite par ses pratiques. Le juriste Seybani Sougou soutient que le décret publié par Yakham Mbaye est un faux et que si la Cour suprême n’annule pas le décret antidaté n°2020-964 instituant l’honorariat publié au JO du vendredi 19 juin 2020 ainsi que le décret n°2020-976 publié au JO n°7307 du 29 avril 2020 accordant le statut de présidente Honoraire du CESE à Mme Aminata Tall, les Sénégalais peuvent dire «Adieu à leur justice».
