Affaire De La Dame De Sacré Cœur : Les Prévenus Écopent 5ans de Prison

Le tribunal de grande instance s’est penché sur l’affaire de la dame F. Ndoye accusée de vol à Sacré cœur et humiliée sur les réseaux sociaux, à travers une vidéo devenue virale depuis le mois de juillet.

Le tribunal a condamné le mis en cause I .Thiaw à 03 mois fermes alors que le parquet avait requis 1 an ferme. Quant à B. Ndiaye et M. Diallo qui encouraient une peine de 5 ans dont 2 fermes, ont finalement écopé respectivement 2 mois et 1 mois fermes. Ils sont reconnus coupables de délits de collecte de données illicites et d’attentat à la pudeur.
