Côte D’Ivoire: La Justice Confirme La Radiation De Laurent Gbagbo De La Liste Électorale

L’ancien président Laurent Gbagbo est bel et bien radié de la liste électorale ivoirienne. La justice a confirmé la décision de la Commission électorale indépendante rendue la semaine dernière. Aucun recours n’est possible devant une juridiction ivoirienne. N’étant plus électeur, il ne peut être candidat.

À cinq jours de la date limite de dépôt des dossiers, une éventuelle candidature de Laurent Gbagbo à la présidentielle du 31 octobre, sauf coup de théâtre majeur, relève de l’impossible.

Le tribunal de première instance du Plateau à Abidjan, saisi par les avocats de l’ancien président a confirmé ce mardi 25 août la décision de la Commission électorale de retirer le nom de Laurent Gbagbo de la liste des électeurs. Bien qu’il ne se soit pas porté candidat, cette éventualité espérée par ses partisans est donc désormais à exclure.
