Inauguration Du Data Center De Diamniadio, Le 11 Juin Prochain

Le chef de l’Etat, Macky Sall, va inaugurer, le 11 juin prochain, le Data Center de Diamniadio. Le centre de données du Sénégal est une infrastructure d’une grande révolution pour la souveraineté digitale du pays.

Le Sénégal dispose, pour la première fois, de sa propre structure de stockage de données numériques.

D’après le document reçu à Seneweb, «entre autres fonctionnalités, le Data Center va permettre de généraliser le très haut débit sur l’étendue du territoire national. De satisfaire, à des coûts abordables, les demandes de l’Administration et du secteur privé en hébergement et exploitation de plateformes et données informatiques».

Le Data Center va également faciliter la dématérialisation des procédures, pour la délivrance rapide et transparente de services et documents administratifs, y compris des actes d’état civil.

En effet, souligne le document, «l’Etat du Sénégal accorde une attention particulière à une célérité dans l’Administration, à travers l’utilisation des services du numérique».

C’est pourquoi, dans la stratégie «Sénégal numérique 2025», l’Etat rappelle que la mise en place d’une Administration connectée contribue à dématérialiser les procédures administratives, à améliorer la productivité avec une réduction des coûts et des délais des transactions et opérations administratives.

    found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said « You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear. » She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
    There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
