Affectation Du Juge Ngor Diop L’Union Des Magistrats Du Sénégal (UMS) Va Saisir La Cour suprême

L’Union des magistrats du Sénégal (UMS) a engagé la bataille contre l’affectation de son membre, en l’occurrence le juge Ngor Diop, qui officiait comme président du tribunal d’instance de Podor. Selon L’AS, Souleymane Téliko et Cie, après avoir commis un pool d’avocats, vont déposer, la semaine prochaine, un pourvoi devant la Chambre administrative de la Cour suprême.

L’objectif visé est de  faire annuler la décision du Conseil supérieur d’affecter le juge Ngor Diop à Thiès.En effet, ce dernier avait refusé de libérér un marabout qu’il avait condamné, conformément à la loi.
