Podor: ADEP Opte Pour Un Changement De Paradigmes Dans La Vie Politique Du Département

L’alliance pour le développement et l’émergence de Podor a tenu son point de presse ce vendredi à son siège sis à Ngor, suivi d’une assemblée générale, présidée par le maire de Demette Abdoulaye Elimane Dia. D’après le patron de l’adep cette alliance est l’aboutissement d’un processus de consultation et de concertation de jeunes cadres engagés pour un changement de paradigmes en vue d’apporter une Alternance Générationnelle dans la vie politique du Département de Podor, une politique alliée au Développement pour la création d’un leadership nouveau au sein de l’APR.

Il ajoute qu’après une bonne année de réflexion à travers des rencontres et des investissements sur le terrain pour le diagnostic de la situation du département en Léthargie, il a été constaté :
•L’inertie de l’APR dans le Département
Le sentiment de mécontentement des militants en dépit des résultats assez flatteurs.
L’incapacité de la coordination à apporter des solutions aux maux du parti APR.
•L’absence d’une approche participative dans la gestion du Parti
L’absence de solutions au chômage des jeunes.
•Manque d’encadrement des femmes pour une autonomisation pérenne.
A la lumière de cette analyse, l’idée de créer l’Alliance pour le Développement et l’Emergence de Podor est née.

Ce mouvement constitue un cadre regroupant toutes les forces vives du département ayant pour objectif Servir de plateforme d’échanges, de vulgarisation des réalisations du gouvernement du Président Macky SALL dans tous les secteurs d’activités (les infrastructures, la santé, l’éducation, l’agriculture, l’élevage, le financement des femmes et des jeunes pour l’entreprenariat) et du dialogue des acteurs locaux (publics et privés) pour une meilleure gestion des affaires locales. Force est de constater que l’ADEP est une partie intégrante de l’APR et se veut une sentinelle pour la défense du parti APR et de ses intérêts dans le Département de Podor.

Elle se démarque de la politique politicienne avec sa force de proposition et d’alerte dans le département pour asseoir un développement endogène. Pour concrétiser sa vision et respecter ses engagements, la massification de l’ADEP dans le département traduit un signal fort pour l’atteinte des objectifs fixés à travers la mise en œuvres des actions concrètes comme la « Calebasse de l’émergence pour l’encadrement et le financement des femmes, l’accompagnement des jeunes dans l’autonomisation, les vendredis de l’ADEP et la préparation des élections locales ».

M. Dia indique que cet effort commun traduit la volonté exprimée par tous les membres de construire une dynamique collaborative et participative dans le processus de réalisation des actions pour le Développement et l’Emergence de Podor dans lesquelles chaque partie prenante retrouve ses comptes.

C’est à travers ces propos, que Abdoulaye Elimane Dia a lancé un appel solennel à toute la jeunes de PODOR de venir s’allier avec l’ADEP pour constituer une force incontournable pour l’émergence au sein du Parti APR.
