Affaire Dakar Dem Dikk : Le Tribunal Se Déclare Incompétent

Le tribunal correctionnel de Dakar s’est déclaré incompétent, dans l’affaire opposant l’ancien directeur général de Dakar Dem Dikk, Me Moussa Diop, à son successeur Oumar Boun Khatap Sylla. Car ce dernier bénéficie d’un privilège de juridiction, du fait de son statut de magistrat.

Rendant son verdict ce mardi, le juge, qui a évoqué les dispositions de l’article 25 de la loi organique 2017-10 du 17 janvier 2017, portant statut des magistrats, estime que le tribunal correctionnel ne peut pas juger l’actuel DG de la société de transport public.

Le tribunal a suivi à la lettre la requête du parquet, lors de l’audience, fin avril passé.

Pour rappel, se sentant diffamé par M. Sylla, Me Moussa Diop avait réclamé la somme de 500 millions de francs CFA en guise de dédommagement
