Surpeuplement Dans Les prisons : Le Colonel Jean-Bertrand Bocandé Annonce La construction De 09 Établissements Pénitentiaires Sur Une Durée De Trois Ans

Le Directeur de l’Administration Pénitentiaire, le Colonel Jean-Bertrand Bocandé, a annoncé la construction de neufs (09) établissements pénitentiaires sur une durée de trois ans. Ceci constitue un programme d’infrastructures du ministère de la Justice pour régler le problème du surpeuplement qui annule toutes les actions prises pour améliorer la détention au niveau des établissements pénitentiaires.

Une annonce faite, lors de l’atelier de formation du personnel de l’administration pénitentiaire au cadre juridique et de protection des droits des détenus.

Le Colonel estime que cet atelier rentre dans le cadre de la formation continue des agents qui est considérée comme un rappel, à savoir l’amélioration des conditions de vie, la prise en charge alimentaire qui connaît une hausse ainsi que la prise en charge sanitaire des détenus.
