A-t-on Vraiment la tête à celà..
Ce moment où le travailleur établit son propre bilan à court, moyen ou long terme de son parcours professionnel avant de se relancer sur les mêmes bases ou même repenser un nouvel élan.
Du moins c’est ce qui devrait animer l’employé de service, plus ou moins motivé, mais garde tout de même son activité dans l’espoir de s’épanouir un jour dans l’environnement du travail.
A cette occasion, SUNUPOST mène son enquête auprès des acteurs de l’aéronautique, en zone de turbulences.
L’une des mesures d’urgence entreprises par l’État a été La Fermeture de l’espace aérien sénégalais aux vols commerciaux ( Effective le 20 Mars 2020 ) pour ainsi contrer l’avancée d’une pandémie.
La décision est tombée suite au premier cas de contamination du covid19, enregistré sur le sol sénégalais. Des informations faisaient état d’un individu de nationalité française, qui serait entré dans le pays par voie aérienne, via la compagnie nationale.
Une nouvelle traumatisante qui a conduit à la cessation de toutes les activités aéroportuaires au constat d’une multiplication des cas Importés de contamination dans le pays.
Si d’aucuns saluent cette décision prise d’urgence par le chef de l’État, d’autres voient leur activité professionnelle bouleversée.
l’aéroport International Blaise Diagne a juste eu deux années d’exercice depuis son inauguration ( Décembre 2017 )
Alors pas évident, que la totalité de ses acteurs, employés dans les entreprises privées puissent bénéficier d’un contrat à durée indéterminée en si peu de temps.
D’autant plus que plusieurs services qui s’y opèrent sont nouvellement constitués ( 2As, LAS, AIBD..)
Ce qui fait que la majorité des emplois est soit temporaire, soit à durée déterminée renouvelable.
Rares sont les contractants à durée indéterminée ( CDI )
Le chef de l’État, dans son discours du Lundi 23 Mars ( Par le décret ne 2020-803 du 23/03/2020 ) a exhorté les entreprises affectées par cette situation de crises liée au COVID19 à maintenir leur personnel, d’un service minimum au chômage technique, tout en continuant d’honorer leur payement de salaire jusqu’à 70% de leur dû.
Les entreprises, en retour vont bénéficier d’un appui financier de l’État.
Qu’en est-il exactement..?
Cette mesure est très salutaire mais elle tient moins en compte les intérimaires, travailleurs temporaires, et autres employés qui verront sous peu leur contrat prendre fin, autrement dit cette pléthore de contractants CDD, qui une fois la durée écoulée, seront tout bonnement remerciés, le temps que les activités reprennent ( La date de reprise étant méconnue )
C’est le cas de plusieurs pauvres travailleurs de l’aéroport International Blaise Diagne.
Et certains, par peur de ne pas être rappelés, une fois la reprise des activités préfèrent souffrir en silence le temps de cette accalmie.
Ces travailleurs laissés à eux même ne peuvent savourer ce jour de fête qui coïncide à des moments cauchemardesques de leur vie.
Ce jour est aussi l’occasion de saluer et d’encourager le travail courageux, risqué en ces temps pandémiques, des acteurs de la Santé. Beaucoup fêteront ces heures dans les salles d’urgence médicale auprès de patients atteints du COVID19.
Les travailleurs de tous les secteurs devraient porter cette plaidoirie auprès des autorités, réclamant une réforme entière de l’inspection du travail, presque inexistante qui navigue à contre courant de leurs plaintes.
