L’objectif de la rencontre est de dégager un consensus sur les conditions et modalités de reprises des activités physiques et sportives et de proposer des stratégies et outils de veille et de riposte adaptés.
Il s’agira donc de sensibiliser sur la situation actuelle de la pandémie et les protocoles de veille et d’alerte en milieu sportif.
La cérémonie d’ouverture officielle de cette rencontre prévue à 10 heures sera présidée par le Ministre des Sports, Monsieur Matar Bâ.
Sachant l’intérêt que vous avez toujours manifesté pour les activités du Ministère des Sports, je vous saurai gré, ( Monsieur , Madame) des dispositions qu’il vous plaira de faire prendre pour la couverture médiatique de cette importante rencontre d’harmonisation qui va regrouper l’ensemble du mouvement sportif.
