Triste nouvelle pour la justice sénégalaise : le Doyen des Juges, Samba Sall n’est plus selon la RFM. Il a rendu l’âme à l’hôpital Principal de Dakar, des suites d’une maladie annoncée il y ade cela quelques jours.

Il dirigeait le premier cabinet. Samba Sall était le magistrat plus gradé et plus ancien que les sept autres juges d’instruction. Les plaintes avec constitution de partie civile étaient déposées au niveau de son cabinet. La dernière célèbre affaire qu’il a diligentée est celle de Ousmane Sonko et Adji Sarr.
Sunupost.com présente ses condoléances à la famille du défunt et prie pour le repos de son âme.
