Moustapha Niasse Bloque La Proposition De Loi Criminalisation L’Homosexualité

La proposition de loi portant criminalisation de l’homosexualité a été déposée, à l’Assemblée nationale, depuis mercredi 22 décembre 2021. Moustapha Niasse, qui est censé convoquer la conférence des présidents, ne l’a pas toujours fait.

A en croire le quotidien SourceA, le président de l’Assemblée nationale a mis le texte sous le coude, alors qu’il s’agit pour que le projet aille en commission avant qu’il ne puisse être débattu puis voté ou rejeté lors d’une plénière. Le projet de loi risque d’être mort-né s’il n’est pas soutenu par la majorité.

À signaler que le Groupe parlementaire Benno Bokk Yakaar (BBY) a rejeté le projet de loi portant criminalisation de l’homosexualité sous prétexte que cette proposition de loi ne serait qu’une répétition de dispositions déjà prises en compte dans nos textes.
