Le député Boubacar Biaye, qui a perdu son immunité parlementaire, vient d’être placé sous mandat de dépôt, par le juge du deuxième cabinet. Ce, dans le cadre de l’affaire dite de trafic de passeports diplomatiques qui avait défrayé la chronique, rapporte Libération online.

Concernant ce dossier, El Hadj Diadjie Kondé avait été placé sous mandat de dépôt, le 13 septembre dernier, pour association de malfaiteurs, escroquerie, blanchiment de capitaux, faux et usage de faux sur des documents administratifs et faux en écritures publiques authentifiées.Son immunité levée, le député Mamadou Sall avait été aussi écroué, tout comme Sadio Dansokho qui dirigeait le Conseil départemental de Saraya, rappellent nos confrères
