Arrêté Avec 11 cornets De Yamba : L’élève De Terminale Ecoulait Sa Marchandise En Faisant Du « Mandial

L’élève en classe de Terminale, Djibril Niang est audacieux. Âgé de 22 ans, il s’active dans la vente de produit prohibé. Pour cacher cette vente illicite, il fait « mandial » ( demander de l’aumône) afin d’offrir aux citoyens qui ont jeûné un « ndogou ». En effet, nul ne pouvait se douter qu’il écoulait du Yamba. Suite à des va et vient incessant, un limier qui le soupçonnait, est venu lui faire une palpation. 11 cornets a été découvert par devers lui. Sur ce , le mis en cause a été arrêté et placé sous mandat le 5 avril 2022. Devant la barre des flagrants délits Dakar, le prévenu relate que les limiers ont  volé ses 6000 francs raison pour laquelle ils l’ont collé motif. « Les faits ont eu lieu entre 11 h -12h. Je fumais du chanvre indien en 2017 mais j’ai arrêté. Après la palpation du policier, il n’a rien trouvé. En partant, je lui ai réclamé mes 6000 francs qui était dans ma poche et il m’a traîné en justice », s’est-il défendu sans convaincre. Dans son réquisitoire, le ministère public a sollicité la  disqualification d’offre ou cession en détention de chanvre indien. Il a requis 2 mois ferme. Ce que le juge a suivi.
