Cette situation est sans doute ce facteur qui peut faciliter la contamination et la propagation de la maladie à Coronavirus.
Face à celà, trois ministères ( Le Ministère de la Santé, le Ministère de la justice et le Ministère de la Femme ) unissent leurs forces pour éradiquer une bonne fois ce phénomène de la mendicité des enfants. Ils viennent de lancer officiellement Le Dispositif Spécial de Protection Sociale des Enfants en situation difficile.
