A l’image du ‹‹ Livre rouge ›› de Mao que tout chinois adopta tel un parchemin pour faire sortir la Chine de l’époque des jours noirs où l’économie était à genoux, ses lendemains très incertains, du labyrinthe des ténèbres socioéconomiques, cette œuvre richissime de par la qualité de la plume, l’acerbité dans les propos, l’inimaginable gouffre de révélations qui la compose et de surcroît retrace le parcours élogieux d’un homme qui, de toute sa vie s’est montré digne et transparent dans l’exercice de ses fonctions, se devrait d’être porté et approprié par tout citoyen averti et animé par le désir profond de changer le destin du Sénégal.
J’en voudrais éternellement à tout défenseur des droits humains et des causes citoyennes, s’étant tu pour quelques raisons que serait-ce. À travers ‹‹ Le Protocole de l’Elysée ››, Thierno Alassane Sall vient de prodiguer à la jeunesse sénégalaise, un sursaut patriotique, si à bon usage, pourra permettre de rebâtir une nation nouvelle sur de véritables bases, de connaissances de l’histoire authentique du Sénégal, après l’indépendance. Les révélations sur les maux chroniques qui continuent d’empêcher l’émergence du pays, devraient convoquer une assise de toutes les consciences animées de Patriotisme pour ainsi repartir sur des bases purement républicaines bien adaptées aux réalités sociales, culturelles et religieuses.
Le titre de l’œuvre suscitant les confidences de l’ex ministre de l’énergie, est de ces œuvres intellectuellement bâties qui m’ont le plus flatté dans cet exercice intellectuel.
‹‹ Le Protocole ›› en définition simple, est un ensemble de directives préétablies entre des entités ou parties.
‹‹L’élysée ›› est le siège de la présidence de la République française, la résidence officielle du chef suprême des armées, le président de la République Française.
Quels rapports avec la quintessence ou l’esprit même du livre ?
D’autant plus, que l’anecdote de Thierno Alassane Sall prend son véritable envol au lendemain des indépendances, du premier président de la République Sénégalaise à l’actuel régime de Macky Sall. L’histoire du Sénégal réécrite par la plume et l’encre de verité, de sérénité et de la bonne foi d’un fils de Thiès, ayant accidentellement embrassé le monde de la politique. Les nombreuses épreuves opposant son parcours patriotique, du jeune lycéen engagé à l’ingénieur certifié en télécommunications et en Aviation civile, ont fait de l’homme, un véritable dur à cuire.
Décortiquez l’intitulé de l’œuvre et vous aurez compris que le Sénégal depuis les indépendances repose son esprit de souveraineté sur les seules volontés de l’occident, particulièrement de la France.
Je fonde mes conclusions sur les conditions ayant permis la naissance du Parti Démocratique Sénégalais et l’apparition du pape du sopi dans l’arène politique sénégalaise.
Léopold S Senghor, écrivain sénégalais, grammairien de la langue française, et premier président de la République du Sénégal s’est, de tout le temps, illustré comme la prodigue référence auprès de l’élite intellectuelle africaine.
Son attachement à la culture occidentale et sa facilité de communication de la langue française, lui ont valu une forte gratification au sein de l’Académie française.
Mais l’homme politique était tout autre, encore plus redoutable, qu’il ‹‹ s’appliqua au lendemain des troubles de Mai 1968 à davantage exclure de l’espace public toute personne qui ne s’inscrivait pas à son école de pensée.›› ( extraits de ‹‹Le Protocole de l’Elysée›› p.79 ). Donc l’épopée Senghor aurait renfermé plusieurs intempéries sociopolitiques.

Dans une précédente contribution, je m’étais prononcé sur le constat que même le moins monarque des dirigeants de pays régis démocratiquement, trouve toujours l’impératif de créer sa propre opposition, cette formation politiquement immature, babillarde et inconsciemment manipulable.
Sur l’actuel président, je vois un homme libéral certes mais qui a dans les veines politiques, du sang issu de l’ancien socialisme, ce, pour avoir fréquenté et continue de frequenter des dinosaures socialistes qui maîtrisent parfaitement les schémas politiciens pour ainsi s’éterniser aux commandes de la magistrature suprême. ( Je rappelle que le Sénégal a connu 40 années de règne socialiste ).
Vous me demanderiez bien naturellement, QUI, de tout l’échiquier politique, serait le fruit de cette pratique à l’ancienne..?
Je me garde de répondre à cette question.
Car l’importance est que le peuple sénégalais, dans son ensemble soit averti et capable, sans être mal influencé, pour discerner quelqu’un d’entre les prétendants à la présidence.
Si Senghor avait tenté et réussi un coup de maître, en écartant des hommes de fortes convictions comme feu Cheikh Anta Diop et feu Mamadou DIA, pour ainsi offir la voie libre aux socialistes, il ne faudrait pas, tout de même que les mêmes épisodes puissent passer surtout que les cartes maîtresses peuvent ne pas être conscients du jeu en cours. L’environnement politique sénégalais connaît aujourd’hui l’émergence de nouvelles figures, adeptes des valeurs républicaines et très patriotes.
Au peuple sénégalais, particulièrement la jeunesse, de protéger ces hommes de valeurs, ces ‹‹ nouveaux ‘‘ Mamadou Dia et Cheikh Anta ’’ ›› pour qu’ils soient à l’abri des monarques félons et que l’histoire ne puisse se répéter.
