Crash De L’Avion De Sénégal Air : Le Dg De L’Anacim Et Cie Devant Le Juge

Maguèye Marame Ndao, Directeur général de l’Anacim, Gérald Gabriel Mar Diop, Directeur général de Senegalair, Mouhamed Mansour Sy, Directeur des transports aériens à l’Anacim au moment des faits, El Hadji Mactar Daff, Inspecteur navigabilité, et Mamadou Sy, inspecteur de la sécurité de l’aviation civile ont été renvoyés devant le tribunal correctionnel dans l’affaire du crash d’un avion de Senegalair qui avait fait 7 morts.

Selon Emedia, ils sont tous visés pour homicides involontaires des dispositions du code de l’aviation civile.

Les faits remontent au 5 septembre 2014 : un avion d’évacuation médicale transportant sept personnes s’est abîmé au large de Dakar. L’appareil avait à bord trois membres d’équipage, de nationalité algérienne et congolaise, deux infirmiers et un médecin, une patiente française.

Ce jour-là, il a frôlé un appareil de ligne équato-guinéen Ceiba, qui devait rallier Cotonou, mais a préféré continuer vers Malabo, après avoir tenté en vain d’entrer en liaison avec l’appareil sénégalais
