Affaire Hiba Thiam : Le Tribunal Vient De Rendre Son Verdict, Dame Amar et Cie Condamné À….

Le tribunal correctionnel vient de rendre son délibéré dans l’affaire Hiba Thiam.

Dame Amar, sa copine Alya Bakir, Diadia Tall, Fatoumata Jacqueline Rigal et Djibril Ndiogou Bassène dit Nekh sont condamnés à 6 mois de prison ferme. Une peine que la durée de leur détention provisoire couvre largement. L’agent de police Lamine Diédhiou a pris 6 mois avec sursis alors que Louty Ba et Amadou Niane sont relaxés.

Par ailleurs, le tribunal a alloué à la famille d’Hiba Thiam, qui réclamait 1 milliard, la somme de 50 millions de Fcfa
