Procès Pour Terrorisme  : Saër Kébé À La Barre, Le 29 Mars Prochain

Arrêté en 2014 pour apologie au terrorisme, acte de terrorisme et menace de terrorisme, Saer Kébé, originaire de Mbour, a été, après 4 ans de détention préventive, Saer Kébé, condamné à 3 mois avec sursis pour menace de terrorisme. Ce, après qu’il a été acquitté des faits d’actes de terrorisme et d’apologie de terrorisme.

Cependant, ce jeune (25 ans) qui avait repris ses études après son élargissement en prison, n’est pas totalement tiré d’affaire. Il doit, le 29 mars prochain, comparaitre devant la barre de la chambre criminelle d’appel de Dakar. Le parquet, insatisfait de la décision rendue en première instance, avait interjeté appel. Le juge n’avait pas suivi le parquet qui avait requis 5 ans de travaux forcés contre le jeune.

Pour rappel, les déboires du jeune mbourois avec Dame justice ont démarré suite à des publications qu’il a faites sur Facebook pour annoncer des attentats au niveau des ambassades d’Israël et des Etats Unis au Sénégal. « Nous préparons des attentats contre l’ambassade d’Israël au Sénégal et l’ambassade des Etats-Unis. Vous subirez de lourdes pertes » ! Tel était le message qu’il avait posté sur les pages Facebook officielles des deux ambassades. Mais, lors du procès, il avait présenté ses excuses en soutenant qu’il ne savait pas que ses publications auraient cette portée.
