En effet, les trois gardes pénitentiaires cueillis, lundi dernier, par les éléments de la Section de recherche, les deux complices arrêtés à Missirah Dame Sy et Cheikh Ndiaye (le troisième Abdou Faye s’est donné par mort) et une autre dame ont été inculpés et placés sous mandat de dépôt jeudi.
C’est en tout cas ce qu’a décidé le juge du huitième cabinet d’instruction Mamadou Seck après les avoir entendus dans le fond du dossier. Ils sont accusés d’avoir aidé le détenu fugitif à s’évader du Quartier de haute sécurité (Qhs) du Camp pénal de Dakar, la nuit du 29 au 30 mai dernier.
A noter que «Boy Djiné», également inculpé, reste en prison. Quant à la dame nouvellement impliquée dans cette affaire, elle est accusée d’avoir transféré de l’argent au défunt Abdou Faye, selon toujours les informations obtenues des sources proches du dossier.
Des investigations de la Section de recherche, il ressort des éléments techniques attestant que Baye Modou Fall a reçu de l’aide interne, comme externe. La preuve, selon toujours des informations, un des téléphones du fugitif, saisi sur lui après son arrestation à Missirah (Tambacounda), bornait curieusement dans la prison le soir des faits. Il est donc sûr que quelqu’un a remis l’appareil à «Boy Djiné» qui a pu organiser, avec des contacts extérieurs, son évasion, la douzième du genre
