Par ailleurs, la sanction a été alourdie par le ministre des Forces armées, Me Sidiki Kaba à 60 jours au lieu de 45 jours.
Le Capitaine Oumar Touré avait, après sa sortie dans les médias, adressé une lettre de démission à ses supérieurs. Une demande qui n’a pas encore été traitée par sa hiérarchie
