Le Ministre Français De La Justice Éric Dupond-Moretti Convoqué À La Cjr

Eric Dupond-Moretti est convoqué le 16 juillet à la Cour de justice de la République (CJR) pour une mise en examen dans l’enquête qu’elle mène sur des soupçons de “prise illégale d’intérêts”, a indiqué ce lundi à l’AFP une source proche du dossier, confirmant une information du Parisien.

La convocation a été remise au garde des Sceaux jeudi dernier en marge d’une perquisition rarissime menée au ministère de la Justice dans le cadre de cette enquête, selon la source proche du dossier.

“Remettre une convocation le jour de la perquisition, c’est considérer que ce qui a été saisi n’a pas d’intérêt et que tout est décidé d’avance”, ont réagi auprès de l’AFP les avocats de M. Dupond-Moretti, Mes Christophe Ingrain et Rémi Lorrain.

Les trois magistrats de la commission d’instruction de la CJR, seule habilitée à juger des ministres, ont perquisitionné jeudi pendant quinze heures les locaux du ministère de la Justice. Un des téléphones du garde des Sceaux a été saisi à cette occasion et le contenu des boîtes mails de plusieurs de ses collaborateurs a été “aspiré”, selon une source proche du dossier.

L’enquête pour “prise illégale d’intérêts” avait été ouverte en janvier, après des plaintes de trois syndicats de magistrats et de l’association Anticor. Ils accusent M. Dupond-Moretti d’avoir profité de ses fonctions de ministre de la Justice pour intervenir dans des dossiers pour lesquels il était auparavant avocat.

Dans le journal du Dimanche (JDD), Eric Dupond-Moretti s’est dit “extrêmement serein”, et a dénoncé une manoeuvre de ces syndicats pour “obtenir un nouveau garde des Sceaux”.

Avocat médiatique et clivant, habitué des plateaux télé et même des planches de théâtre où il a commencé à jouer en 2019, Eric Dupond-Moretti était probablement le pénaliste le plus connu du grand public. Avec sa “grande gueule”, sa carrure et sa voix intimidantes, il a arraché 140 acquittements et gagné un surnom: “acquittator”.

Père de deux enfants, en couple avec la chanteuse canadienne Isabelle Boulay, ce gros fumeur était devenu il y a près d’un an garde des Sceaux, contre toute attente.

I ain’t suggesting your information is not good, but what if you added something that grabbed a person’s attention? I mean BLOG_TITLE is kinda vanilla. You should glance at Yahoo’s front page and see how they create article titles to grab people interested. You might add a related video or a pic or two to grab people excited about what you’ve written. Just my opinion, it could bring your website a little bit more interesting.|
