Les Layens Et Les Thienaba-Thienaba Perdent Leur Khalife Généraux En Une Nuit

Une soirée d’immense tristesse pour la Oummah islamique ! En une nuit, le Sénégal perd deux grandes sommités de la religion musulmane avec les décès de Serigne Abdoulahi Thiaw Laye, Khalife général de la confrérie des « Layeen », décès survenu ce lundi, 9 août 2021, vers 21 heures. Selon des sources proches de la famille du guide religieux, il a été inhumé dans la foulée, au côté de son père, Seydina Issa Rouhou Laye, au cimetière de Camberene.

Serigne Abdoulahi Thiaw Laye a rendu l’âme à l’âge de 95 ans. La succession sera assuré par Mamadou Makhtar Laye fils de Seydi Mandione Laye 2e khalife de Seydina Limamou Laye.

Mamadou Makhtar n’est pas bien connu du grand public. Très discret, il ne sort que très rarement de sa résidence située é à Cambérene 2.

Nous venons également d’apprendre le rappel à Dieu de Baye Abdourahim Seck, Khalife général de Thienaba, qui est décédé au Maroc, cette nuit.
