Aide D’urgence Destinée Aux Populations, Ouattara Plus Efficace Que Macky..?

Dans le cadre de la lutte contre le COVID19, le président ivoirien Alassane D Ouattara a décidé d’octroyer à chaque ménage ivoirien nécessiteux 75.000f.
Une mesure approuvée à l’issue du conseil des ministres de ce 22 Avril 2020 dont voici un extrait..

Le Conseil a adopté une communication relative à l’opérationnalisation du Fonds National de Solidarité et de Soutien Humanitaire, COVID-19.

Ce fonds spécial, dédié aux personnes vulnérables, entrera dans sa phase opérationnelle dès le 23 avril 2020 dans le Grand Abidjan, épicentre de la pandémie, pour s’étendre à l’intérieur du pays à partir du mois de mai 2020. Suivant les bases de données disponibles des ménages vulnérables, couplées avec un ciblage communautaire inclusif et participatif, visant à garantir plus d’équité et de transparence, 177 198 ménages ont été identifiés pour bénéficier de cette assistance humanitaire, à raison de 75 000 francs CFA par trimestre pour un coût global de 13,3 milliards de francs CFA.

Dans le contexte actuel de la crise sanitaire, l’option de la distribution électronique de l’aide par transferts monétaires a été préférée afin de minimiser au maximum la distribution physique des vivres et non vivres et d’éviter des attroupements qui sont des vecteurs de propagation de la maladie. Ainsi, la distribution en vivres et non vivres se fera avec le concours des comités de veille sanitaire qui existent sur l’étendue du territoire national. Ces comités sont composés des Préfets, des Sous-préfets, des élus locaux, des leaders communautaires, ainsi que des représentants des Ministères techniques.

Relativement au soutien psychologique prévu dans le cadre de cet élan de solidarité nationale, un centre d’appel animé par une équipe de psychologues, de psychiatres et de travailleurs sociaux sera ouvert et fonctionnel 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7.
