Apr\u00e8s le dossier Petrotim, impliquant Frank Timis, Aliou Sall et des t\u00eates du r\u00e9gime, et la d\u00e9mission de Thierno Alassane Sall, l&rsquo;ex ministre de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie qui avait refus\u00e9 de signer le contrat de Total, jug\u00e9 \u2018\u2018moins avantageux\u2019\u2019, accusant le pr\u00e9sident Macky Sall de \u2018\u2018haute trahison\u2019\u2019; voil\u00e0 qu&rsquo;un autre scandale vient d&rsquo;\u00eatre annonc\u00e9 et concerne, cette fois, une entreprise norv\u00e9gienne. Les \u00c9chos informe que des dirigeants de PetroNor dont le pr\u00e9sident int\u00e9rimaire, Eyas Alhomouze seraient suspect\u00e9s dans des enqu\u00eates de corruption dans les contrats p\u00e9troliers s\u00e9n\u00e9galais.<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il a remplac\u00e9 le PDG qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 par la justice norv\u00e9gienne. Les enqu\u00eates sont men\u00e9es par l\u2019autorit\u00e9 nationale d\u2019enqu\u00eate et de poursuite des d\u00e9lits \u00e9conomiques en Norv\u00e8ge. La justice am\u00e9ricaine m\u00e8ne \u00e9galement sa propre enqu\u00eate.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apr\u00e8s plusieurs dialogues avec Dakar pour trouver un accord sur le diff\u00e9rend qui les oppose, depuis deux ans, sur les licences Rufisque Offshore Profond (ROP) et S\u00e9n\u00e9gal Offshore Sud Profond (SOSP), la Norv\u00e9gienne PetroNor a annonc\u00e9 qu\u2019aucune avanc\u00e9e notable n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de reprendre le processus d\u2019arbitrage devant le Centre international pour le r\u00e8glement des diff\u00e9rents relatifs aux investissements (CIRDI).<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">En mai 2020, PetroNor et le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal s\u2019\u00e9taient entendus pour suspendre ledit arbitrage sur une p\u00e9riode de six mois afin de parvenir \u00e0 un r\u00e9sultat satisfaisant pour les deux parties, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un r\u00e8glement \u00e0 l\u2019amiable, mais sans succ\u00e8s.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour rappel, la compagnie qui contr\u00f4le ROP et SOSP \u00e0 hauteur de 90 %, revendique le titre de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 des p\u00e9rim\u00e8tres, apr\u00e8s que les autorit\u00e9s s\u00e9n\u00e9galaises ont r\u00e9voqu\u00e9 ses droits sur place pour manquement pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 aux obligations d\u2019exploration. Il faut savoir que ces blocs d\u2019une superficie de 14 216 km2 font partie des plus importante en mati\u00e8re de prospectiviste dans le pays.
