{"id":10763,"date":"2022-04-25T22:38:26","date_gmt":"2022-04-25T22:38:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sunupost.com\/?p=10763"},"modified":"2022-04-25T22:38:26","modified_gmt":"2022-04-25T22:38:26","slug":"lutte-contre-le-palu-le-pnlp-note-une-hausse-de-la-maladie-au-senegal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sunupost.com\/?p=10763","title":{"rendered":"Lutte Contre Le Palu : Le Pnlp Note Une Hausse De La Maladie Au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c0 l\u2019occasion de la Journ\u00e9e mondiale de lutte contre le paludisme, le programme national de la lutte contre le paludisme au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal (PNLP) et ses partenaires se sont r\u00e9unis ce lundi 25 Avril 2022 au Sneips pour faire une \u00e9valuation de la maladie.<\/p>\n<p>Le th\u00e8me retenu pour l\u2019\u00e9dition 2022 est : \u00ab Innover pour r\u00e9duire la charge du paludisme et sauver des vies \u00bb, en partant du principe que chaque cas de paludisme est \u00e9vitable et que chaque d\u00e9c\u00e8s li\u00e9 au paludisme est inacceptable.<\/p>\n<p>Concernant le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, le rapport r\u00e9v\u00e8le qu\u2019en 2021 les cas ont augment\u00e9 passant de 536.850 contre 445.313 en 2020. Les femmes enceintes et les personnes ayant un acc\u00e8s limit\u00e9 aux soins de sant\u00e9 sont les plus vuln\u00e9rables et les plus touch\u00e9es par la maladie. Plus de 23% de la population, enregistre 90% des cas de paludisme, 64% des cas graves, 58% des d\u00e9c\u00e8s tous \u00e2ges et 80% de d\u00e9c\u00e8s chez les moins de 5 ans. Des chiffres inqui\u00e9tants de la propension de la maladie au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le rapport 2021 de l\u2019Oms, on a not\u00e9 une augmentation du nombre de cas passant de 227 millions en 2019 contre 241 millions en 2020 dans les pays de la r\u00e9gion Est Afrique de l\u2019Oms o\u00f9 plus 80% des cas recens\u00e9s se trouvent en Afrique.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 les efforts consentis par l\u2019\u00c9tat du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal et ses partenaires, le paludisme demeure encore une menace r\u00e9elle dans beaucoup de localit\u00e9s telles que K\u00e9dougou, Tamba et Kolda, qui portent encore l\u2019essentiel de la charge du paludisme.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le but d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le bien-\u00eatre des enfants, \u00a0plus particuli\u00e8rement les plus vuln\u00e9rables, le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal s\u2019est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le paludisme. En 2021 pr\u00e8s de 1.342.541 MILDA ont \u00e9t\u00e9 distribu\u00e9es \u00e0 travers plusieurs canaux contre 581.648 en 2020. Et toujours sur les am\u00e9liorations, sur 562.964 femmes enceintes vues en consultation pr\u00e9natales, 64% ont re\u00e7u une MILDA gratuitement dans les r\u00e9gions de Fatick, Kaffrine, K\u00e9dougou, Tamba, Thi\u00e8s et Ziguinchor.<\/p>\n<p>En vue de rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 cette situation, il faut faire encore plus d\u2019efforts pour venir en aide aux populations \u00e0 risque.
