{"id":10898,"date":"2022-05-03T14:01:02","date_gmt":"2022-05-03T14:01:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sunupost.com\/?p=10898"},"modified":"2022-05-03T14:01:02","modified_gmt":"2022-05-03T14:01:02","slug":"sanctions-de-la-fifa-un-specialiste-du-droit-du-sport-interpelle-la-fsf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sunupost.com\/?p=10898","title":{"rendered":"SANCTIONS DE LA FIFA : Un Sp\u00e9cialiste Du Droit Du Sport Interpelle La FSF"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\" data-en-clipboard=\"true\"><strong>L\u2019avocat Me Moustapha Kamara, sp\u00e9cialiste du droit du sport, sugg\u00e8re \u00e0 la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise de football (FSF) de faire appel des sanctions prises \u00e0 son encontre par la Fifa, \u00e0 la suite des incidents ayant \u00e9maill\u00e9 la rencontre S\u00e9n\u00e9gal-Egypte du 29 mars dernier, comptant pour les \u00e9liminatoires de la Coupe du monde 2022.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00ab\u00a0Moi, je conseillerais \u00e0 la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration d\u2019interjeter appel parce qu\u2019elle peut brandir beaucoup de circonstances att\u00e9nuantes dans cette affaire\u00a0\u00bb, a dit Me Kamara, auteur de plusieurs ouvrages sur les questions du droit du sport.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Fifa a sanctionn\u00e9 le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal d\u2019une amende de 112 millions de francs CFA et d\u2019une rencontre \u00e0 huis clos, \u00e0 la suite des incidents ayant eu lieu au stade Abdoulaye-Wade de Diamniadio, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la manche retour du dernier tour de qualification au Mondial 2022.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">La manche aller, jou\u00e9e au Caire, avait \u00e9t\u00e9 remport\u00e9 (1-0) par l\u2019Egypte.
