Une occasion qui a permis au chef de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat de revenir sur certaines d\u00e9marches de maires et \u00e9lus d\u00e9partementaux, qu&rsquo;il menace de r\u00e9vocation, s&rsquo;ils ne respectent pas la loi<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2039\u2039 On sera intransigeants sur les recrutements. Et ceci est valable pour les collectivit\u00e9s territoriales qui sont des d\u00e9membrements de l\u2019Etat. Il ne faut pas que les gens se fassent des illusions, ce sont des d\u00e9membrements de l\u2019Etat r\u00e9gis par les loi et r\u00e8glements. En tant que pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, garant du bon fonctionnement des institutions, je ne laisserai aucune collectivit\u00e9 travailler en dehors du cadre r\u00e8glementaire l\u00e9gal dans ce pays.\u203a\u203a<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si un maire ne respecte pas la loi, il est d\u00e9mis de ses fonctions, il est r\u00e9voqu\u00e9\u2026 \u00bb<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abUn maire ne peut pas faire ce qu\u2019il veut dans une R\u00e9publique. Ce n\u2019est pas possible. Il est soumis \u00e0 la loi, s\u2019il ne respecte pas la loi il est d\u00e9mis de ses fonctions. \u00c7a aussi c\u2019est la loi. Il est r\u00e9voqu\u00e9.
