{"id":10995,"date":"2022-05-11T09:59:17","date_gmt":"2022-05-11T09:59:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sunupost.com\/?p=10995"},"modified":"2022-05-11T09:59:17","modified_gmt":"2022-05-11T09:59:17","slug":"sabotage-des-installations-du-t-e-r-le-procureur-active-la-sr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sunupost.com\/?p=10995","title":{"rendered":"SABOTAGE DES INSTALLATIONS DU T.E R : Le Procureur Active La SR"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\" data-en-clipboard=\"true\"><strong>Le procureur de la R\u00e9publique a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la Section de recherches de la gendarmerie nationale de mener \u2018\u2018toutes les investigations utiles\u2019\u2019 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lucidation des \u2018\u2018actes de d\u00e9gradation, de pr\u00e9varication et d\u2019incivisme\u2019\u2019, derni\u00e8rement constat\u00e9s sur le tron\u00e7on du Train express r\u00e9gional (TER) et \u2018\u2018susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre qualifi\u00e9s d\u2019actes de terrorismes\u2019\u2019.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2018\u2018J\u2019ai donn\u00e9 des instructions \u00e0 la section de recherches de la gendarmerie de mener toutes les investigations utiles afin d\u2019\u00e9lucider toutes les circonstances de ce m\u00e9fait, d\u2019en rassembler les preuves et d\u2019identifier le ou les auteurs\u2019\u2019, a assur\u00e9 le procureur dans un communiqu\u00e9 transmis \u00e0 l\u2019APS.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il a soulign\u00e9 que \u2018\u2018depuis un certain temps, des actes de d\u00e9gradation, de pr\u00e9varication et d\u2019incivisme sont constat\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9currente sur le tron\u00e7on du Train express r\u00e9gional dit TER\u2019\u2019.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selon lui, \u2018\u2018les derniers en date ont \u00e9t\u00e9 commis dans la nuit du 09 mai 2022 au niveau de la voie n\u00b02, dans les environs de Thiaroye, o\u00f9 les enqu\u00eateurs ont pu relever que soixante m\u00e8tres de c\u00e2bles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sectionn\u00e9s et emport\u00e9s\u2019\u2019.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il a ajout\u00e9 que les constatations mat\u00e9rielles avaient permis de retrouver sur les lieux et de mettre sous scell\u00e9 des scies \u00e0 m\u00e9taux et un coupe-coupe qui ont probablement servi \u00e0 la commission des faits.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selon le ma\u00eetre des poursuites, \u2019\u2019ces actes qui mettent en danger la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la vie des usagers du TER ainsi que l\u2019outil de transport et les installations techniques rel\u00e8vent d\u2019une gravit\u00e9 extr\u00eame, susceptibles d\u2019\u00eatre qualifi\u00e9s d\u2019actes de terrorismes, de destructions, d\u00e9gradations et dommages criminels de v\u00e9hicules de toutes sortes vis\u00e9s par les articles 279-1, 407 et suivants du Code P\u00e9nal outre qu\u2019ils menacent la libert\u00e9 de circulation des populations\u2019\u2019.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il a assur\u00e9 qu\u2019au regard de la gravit\u00e9 des faits, \u2019\u2019l\u2019enqu\u00eate sera trait\u00e9e avec toute la diligence requise et la loi sera rigoureusement appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de toute personne impliqu\u00e9e d\u2019une mani\u00e8re ou d\u2019une autre\u2019\u2019.
