{"id":11332,"date":"2025-09-28T23:14:18","date_gmt":"2025-09-28T23:14:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sunupost.com\/?p=11332"},"modified":"2025-09-28T23:14:18","modified_gmt":"2025-09-28T23:14:18","slug":"violence-a-thies-un-conducteur-de-moto-jakarta-echappe-a-la-mort","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sunupost.com\/?p=11332","title":{"rendered":"VIOLENCE \u00c0 THIES: Un Conducteur de Moto Jakarta \u00c9chappe \u00c0 La Mort"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Le Commissariat du 1er arrondissement de Thi\u00e8s a proc\u00e9d\u00e9, ce 26 septembre 2025, \u00e0 l\u2019interpellation de Quatre (04) individus pour association de malfaiteurs, vols multiples commis la nuit en r\u00e9union avec violences, usage d\u2019armes blanches et de moyens de transport.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ces interpellations font suite \u00e0 une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation judiciaire cons\u00e9cutive au d\u00e9ferrement d\u2019une bande, le 27 f\u00e9vrier 2025, pour des faits similaires : association de malfaiteurs, vols multiples commis la nuit en r\u00e9union avec violences, usage d\u2019armes blanches et de moyens de transport.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Les mis en cause \u00e9taient activement recherch\u00e9s par les services de police de Thi\u00e8s pour avoir violemment agress\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une machette, un conducteur de moto Jakarta durant la nuit du 7 au 8 septembre 2025, aux environs de 4 heures du matin, dans le quartier M\u00e9dina Fall de Thi\u00e8s. La victime avait d\u00e9pos\u00e9 plainte \u00e0 la permanence, munie d\u2019un certificat m\u00e9dical attestant d\u2019une incapacit\u00e9 temporaire de travail de trente (30) jours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Selon les d\u00e9clarations des mis en cause, leur mode op\u00e9ratoire consistait \u00e0 se d\u00e9placer \u00e0 trois sur une moto Jakarta, arm\u00e9s de machettes, afin de sillonner les rues sombres de la ville de Thi\u00e8s \u00e0 la recherche de potentielles victimes. Lorsqu\u2019ils rep\u00e9raient un conducteur de moto Jakarta, ils le prenaient en chasse. Arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 sa hauteur, l\u2019un des malfaiteurs lui ass\u00e9nait des coups dans le but de le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibrer, le faire chuter et s\u2019emparer de sa moto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Il convient \u00e9galement de rappeler que l\u2019un des individus interpell\u00e9s \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 recherch\u00e9 par le Commissariat du 1er arrondissement de Thi\u00e8s pour avoir particip\u00e9, dans la nuit du 9 au 10 juillet 2025, \u00e0 l\u2019agression d\u2019un homme, lequel avait re\u00e7u des coups de machette avant d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9pouill\u00e9 de la somme de huit cent mille (800 000) francs CFA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">La poursuite de l\u2019enqu\u00eate a permis l\u2019interpellation de leur receleur \u00e0 la gare routi\u00e8re de Thi\u00e8s.
