En effet, dans sa d\u00e9cision, il a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00abnulle la proc\u00e9dure pour irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9 de fond\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Au pr\u00e9alable, le Tribunal a rejet\u00e9 l\u2019exception d\u2019incomp\u00e9tence, comme \u00e9tant \u00abmal-fond\u00e9e\u00bb. Pour ce qui est de la fin de non-recevoir tir\u00e9e de l\u2019absence de personnalit\u00e9 morale, le Tribunal a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019\u00abelle s\u2019analyse plut\u00f4t en une cause de nullit\u00e9 pour irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9 de fond\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, la requ\u00eate est \u00e0 l&rsquo;initiative d&rsquo;un collectif de cadres du Parti socialiste (PS) et vise Aminata Mbengue Ndiaye, secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale int\u00e9rimaire du PS.
