{"id":11422,"date":"2025-10-06T08:30:44","date_gmt":"2025-10-06T08:30:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sunupost.com\/?p=11422"},"modified":"2025-10-06T08:31:38","modified_gmt":"2025-10-06T08:31:38","slug":"un-audit-a-air-senegal-fait-etat-dun-detournement-de-plus-de-40-millions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sunupost.com\/?p=11422","title":{"rendered":"Un audit d\u2019Air Senegal fait \u00e9tat d\u2019un d\u00e9tournement de plus de 40 millions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un audit interne transmis au directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, Tidiane Ndiaye, a mis en lumi\u00e8re des pr\u00e9sum\u00e9es graves irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s, notamment dans l\u2019\u00e9mission de billets et la collecte des recettes d\u2019Air S\u00e9n\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n<p>Selon L\u2019Observateur, qui donne l&rsquo;information, un premier rapport couvrant la p\u00e9riode de janvier \u00e0 septembre 2024 avait mis en cause 18 employ\u00e9s : 13 d\u2019entre eux ont accept\u00e9 un r\u00e8glement \u00e0 l\u2019amiable, avec un engagement de remboursement de 19,429 millions de francs CFA, tandis que 5 autres, dont deux d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s du personnel, contestent les 8 millions r\u00e9clam\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019audit, \u00e9tendu aux ann\u00e9es 2022-2023, a port\u00e9 le pr\u00e9judice \u00e0 40,614 millions, d\u00fb \u00e0 des pratiques jug\u00e9es irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res, incluant la non-collecte de p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s et la manipulation des donn\u00e9es de r\u00e9servation.<\/p>\n<p>Les auditeurs \u00e9voquent l\u2019existence possible d\u2019un r\u00e9seau interne structur\u00e9, soup\u00e7onn\u00e9 d\u2019avoir modifi\u00e9 manuellement des montants et des codes g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s automatiquement par le syst\u00e8me de billetterie.
