Le porte-parole adjoint de l\u2019Alliance pour la R\u00e9publique (APR), Pape Mahawa Diouf, a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9, ce lundi, \u00e0 un mois de prison avec sursis, par le tribunal des flagrants d\u00e9lits de Dakar. Le juge a, par ailleurs, d\u00e9bout\u00e9 l\u2019Agence s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise d\u2019\u00e9lectrification rurale (ASER) de sa demande de constitution de partie civile.<\/p>\n

Joint par la RFM, l\u2019un de ses avocats, Me El Hadj Diouf, a contest\u00e9 la d\u00e9cision. Il annonce son intention d\u2019interjeter appel. Selon lui, leur client aurait d\u00fb \u00eatre relax\u00e9 purement et simplement.<\/p>\n

\u00ab L\u2019ASER a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9bout\u00e9e parce que sa constitution de partie civile a \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9e irrecevable, alors que c\u2019est elle qui avait port\u00e9 plainte contre Pape Mahawa Diouf. La plainte n\u2019a pas abouti, la diffamation a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9cart\u00e9e et la diffusion de fausses nouvelles retenue ne saurait justifier une condamnation \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Me Diouf.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Notre client n\u2019a diffus\u00e9 aucune fausse nouvelle. Le tribunal aurait d\u00fb le relaxer apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9cart\u00e9 la constitution de partie civile de l\u2019ASER. Nous allons faire appel, car il ne doit pas \u00eatre condamn\u00e9 \u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Pour rappel, Pape Mahawa Diouf \u00e9tait poursuivi pour diffusion de fausses nouvelles, \u00e0 la suite de propos tenus lors de l\u2019\u00e9mission \u00ab\u00a0Faram Facce\u00a0\u00bb diffus\u00e9e le 17 septembre 2025 sur la T\u00e9l\u00e9vision futurs m\u00e9dias (TFM).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
