Une commande de lait non r\u00e9gl\u00e9e en totalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s L\u2019Observateur, qui donne l\u2019information, Soya Diagne, sous la casquette de pr\u00e9sident du GIE \u00abSigma Ferraille\u00bb, une structure sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e, notamment, dans le n\u00e9goce, le courtage et la sous-traitance, avait command\u00e9 au plaignant du lait pour un montant de 23 millions 925 mille francs CFA. \u00abApr\u00e8s livraison compl\u00e8te de la commande,\u00a0rappelle le journal, le mis en cause aurait remis [au plaignant] la somme de 5 millions de francs CFA, laissant un solde impay\u00e9 de 18 millions 925 mille.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le repr\u00e9sentant d\u2019Agrofood Industries avait \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque saisi la DIC d\u2019une plainte pour escroquerie.
