Il \u00e9tait \u00e0 bord d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule de transport en commun en provenance de la Guin\u00e9e-Bissau et transportait les soixante-dix (70) boulettes de coca\u00efne. Celles-ci \u00e9taient confectionn\u00e9es sous forme de ceinture \u00e0 amulettes envelopp\u00e9es de cuir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il s&rsquo;agit pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment de :<br \/>\n\u2022 Dix (10) ceintures \u00e0 quatre (04) amulettes ;<br \/>\n\u2022 Six (06) ceintures \u00e0 cinq (05) amulettes, ce qui fait soixante-dix (70) amulettes au total, soit un poids total de 415 grammes.<br \/>\nChaque ceinture comporte une \u00e9tiquette portant le nom du destinataire.<br \/>\nLa poursuite des investigations a permis d\u2019identifier et d&rsquo;appr\u00e9hender, \u00e0 Mbour, au niveau du rond-point, le v\u00e9ritable propri\u00e9taire ainsi que son acolyte qu\u2019il avait envoy\u00e9 pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le colis. La palpation de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 a permis de d\u00e9couvrir et de saisir deux t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables, une moto de marque XC 300, ainsi qu&rsquo;un portefeuille contenant une somme d\u2019argent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La perquisition de l&rsquo;appartement du mis en cause s&rsquo;est sold\u00e9e par la saisie de trois t\u00e9l\u00e9phones portables, un pistolet factice, un lot de re\u00e7us de versement bancaire, un coupe-coupe, un ordinateur de marque MacBook et une balance \u00e9lectronique.<br \/>\nInterrog\u00e9 sommairement sur la destination de la drogue, le propri\u00e9taire dudit colis a d\u00e9clar\u00e9, sans convaincre, ignorer le contenu des amulettes.
