Le journaliste Cheikh Y\u00e9rim Seck, plac\u00e9 en garde \u00e0 en vue apr\u00e8s son audition \u00e0 la Brigade de recherches de Dakar, est achemin\u00e9 \u00e0 la gendarmerie de Thiong o\u00f9 il devra passer la nuit. Selon Lib\u00e9ration online qui donne l’information, un compte rendu a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait au procureur de la R\u00e9publique qui a ordonn\u00e9 le placement en garde \u00e0 vue du journaliste, pour diffusion de fausses nouvelles, diffamation contre la gendarmerie, entre autres. Et le journaliste sera d\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 au parquet, demain, \u00e0 moins d’un rebondissement spectaculaire. Au cours de son audition \u00e0 la gendarmerie, toutes les questions pos\u00e9es au journaliste tournaient autour d’un seul point : sa d\u00e9claration t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9e estimant que 4 milliards de francs CFA auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 saisis dans l’affaire Batiplus par les gendarmes, mais seule une partie aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 consign\u00e9e. Pri\u00e9 de s’expliquer, Cheikh Y\u00e9rim Seck a persist\u00e9 dans ses d\u00e9clarations, indiquant toutefois qu’il ne pourrait pas d\u00e9voiler ses sources. Il s’en est suivi un jeu de ping-pong entre lui et les enqu\u00eateurs qui r\u00e9clamaient une preuve attestant cette d\u00e9claration, selon toujours notre confr\u00e8re.<\/p>\n
