Deux jours plus tard l\u2019agence de notation Moody\u2019s pla\u00e7ait le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal \u00ab en revue pour d\u00e9gradation \u00bb de la notation de la dette publique. Les analyses et notations des agences telles que Moody\u2019s influent sur la capacit\u00e9 des pays \u00e0 acc\u00e9der aux march\u00e9s financiers \u00e0 des co\u00fbts abordables<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Moody\u2019s \u00ab l&rsquo;appel du G20 aux cr\u00e9anciers du secteur priv\u00e9 \u00e0 participer au ISSD \u00e0 des conditions comparables (aux pays membres du G20) augmente le risque de d\u00e9faut sur la dette priv\u00e9e \u00bb. Ainsi la d\u00e9cision de Moody\u2019s est une mise en garde \u00e0 peine voil\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019Etat que tout d\u00e9faut de paiement au secteur priv\u00e9 sera suivi d\u2019une d\u00e9gradation de la notation de la dette souveraine du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n<p>Les agences de notation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 largement critiqu\u00e9es d\u2019entretenir des relations opaques et teint\u00e9es de conflits d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat avec les march\u00e9s financiers, particuli\u00e8rement durant la crise financi\u00e8re de 2008.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Moody\u2019s estime que l\u2019Etat du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal doit rembourser des Eurobonds d\u2019un montant de 105 millions de Dollar US en 2020 (61 milliards de F CFA) et 330 millions de Dollar US en 2021 (191 milliards de F CFA). Les Eurobond sont des pr\u00eats en Dollar US ou Euro \u00e0 taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour des pays comme le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le FMI la dette publique du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal a augment\u00e9 de 2760 milliards de F CFA en 2011 \u00e0 plus de 8950 milliards de F CFA \u00e0 la fin 2019.
