Ses avocats affirment cependant que ces immeubles auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 confisqu\u00e9s \u2039\u2039 ill\u00e9galement \u203a\u203a, s&rsquo;appuyant sur une sentence arbitrale rendue fin 2019 par une commission de l&rsquo;ONU et jusque-l\u00e0 tenue secr\u00e8te.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019arr\u00eat rendu par la Cour de r\u00e9pression de l\u2019enrichissement illicite (CREI) en mars 2015 a-t-il men\u00e9 \u00e0 la confiscation \u00ab\u00a0illicite\u00a0\u00bb des biens appartenant \u00e0 Ibrahim Aboukhalil, alias Bibo Bourgi ? C\u2019est ce qu\u2019a affirm\u00e9 dans un communiqu\u00e9 son avocate Corinne Dreyfus-Schmidt, ce 20 juillet, \u00e0 la veille de la mise en vente des appartements Eden Roc, situ\u00e9s dans le centre-ville de Dakar.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bibo Bourgi avait \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 par la CREI en 2015 pour complicit\u00e9 d\u2019enrichissement illicite\u00a0aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de Karim Wade\u00a0Confisqu\u00e9s \u00e0 son propri\u00e9taire par l\u2019\u00c9tat du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, ces appartements viennent d\u2019\u00eatre mis en vente par la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des imp\u00f4ts et domaines.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Leur confiscation a toutefois \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9e ill\u00e9gale, selon un r\u00e8glement d\u2019arbitrage de la commission des Nations unies pour le droit commercial international (CNUDCI) rendu le 24 octobre 2019. Selon nos informations, la d\u00e9cision \u00e9voque un d\u00e9ni de justice et condamne l\u2019\u00c9tat du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal \u00e0 de lourds dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats en raison du pr\u00e9judice subi par Bourgi.
