Les 23 personnes arr\u00eat\u00e9es, mercredi dernier dans les villages de Tob\u00e8ne, Gueyennee et Macka, dans la commune de M\u00e9ouane, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es devant le Procureur de Thi\u00e8s, ce vendredi. Selon leur avocat Me Khoureychi Ba, ces villageois seront jug\u00e9s vendredi 21 ao\u00fbt devant le tribunal des flagrants d\u00e9lits de Thi\u00e8s.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 souligner que \u201cLes chefs de village de Tob\u00e8ne, Kithiane et Mbengu\u00e8ne ainsi que les mineurs, soit 4 personnes, ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une mesure de libert\u00e9 provisoire\u201d.<\/p>\n

Les mis en causes sont poursuivis pour rassemblements illicites, violences \u00e0 agents dans l\u2019exercice de leurs fonctions, incitation \u00e0 la r\u00e9bellion.<\/p>\n

Rappelons que ces personnes avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 interpell\u00e9es par les forces de l\u2019ordre suite \u00e0 leur r\u00e9sistance face aux travaux des g\u00e9om\u00e8tres qui \u00e9taient venus dans les villages de la zone, qui fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un litige foncier, pour proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des d\u00e9limitations de leurs champs qui sont mis au profit des Industries chimiques du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal (ICS).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
