Les autorit\u00e9s rivales libyennes ont annonc\u00e9, vendredi, dans deux communiqu\u00e9s distincts, la cessation des combats sur tout le territoire, dans un accord salu\u00e9 par l’ONU. Une mesure d’apaisement qui intervient dans un contexte d’internationalisation croissante du conflit.<\/p>\n

Les autorit\u00e9s rivales, qui se d\u00e9chirent pour le contr\u00f4le de la Libye depuis 2014, ont annonc\u00e9, vendredi 21 ao\u00fbt, un accord de cessez-le-feu g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n

Deux communiqu\u00e9s distincts sign\u00e9s par Fayez al-Sarraj,le chef du Gouvernement d’union nationale (GNA), bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Tripoli et reconnu par l’ONU, et Aguila Saleh, le pr\u00e9sident du Parlement \u00e9lu bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Tobrouk, dans l’est du pays, ont ordonn\u00e9 \u00e0 toutes les parties d’arr\u00eater les combats sur tout le territoire libyen.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
