Le tribunal de grande instance de Thi\u00e8s, en rendant sont d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9, a relax\u00e9 les 21 pr\u00e9venus au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice du doute pour les faits de blessures et voies de faits exerc\u00e9s sur des agents de la force publique dans l\u2019exercice de leur fonction. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 renvoy\u00e9s des fins de la poursuite pour ce qui du d\u00e9lit relatif \u00e0 l\u2019incitation \u00e0 la r\u00e9bellion par voie d\u2019internet.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, l\u2019un des avocats de la d\u00e9fense en l\u2019occurrence Me Khoure\u00eechi Ba ne semble \u00eatre satisfait totalement de cette d\u00e9cision. \u00ab\u00a0Je m\u2019attendais plut\u00f4t \u00e0 une relaxe totale. La relaxe au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice du doute \u00e0 des incidences\u00a0\u00bb, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 l\u2019avocat. Pour lui, ces jeunes sont les victimes dans cette affaire parce qu\u2019ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 spoli\u00e9s ensuite totalement maltrait\u00e9s, leurs droits ignor\u00e9s, leurs biens saccag\u00e9s. \u00ab\u00a0Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tortur\u00e9s lors de leur garde \u00e0 vue.
