Djerassem Le Bemadjiel, l\u2019ancien ministre tchadien du p\u00e9trole est en garde \u00e0 vue depuis ce mercredi 2 septembre. Il est poursuivi par l\u2019inspection g\u00e9n\u00e9rale d\u2019\u00c9tat pour sa gestion quand il pr\u00e9sidait le secteur p\u00e9trolier il y a quatre ans. Il est accus\u00e9, entre autres, de d\u00e9tournement de fonds publics. Des accusations qui n\u2019ont aucun fondement, d\u00e9noncent ses avocats.<\/p>\n

L\u2019ancien ministre a \u00e9t\u00e9 interpell\u00e9 t\u00f4t ce mercredi par la police judiciaire suite \u00e0 une plainte de l\u2019inspection g\u00e9n\u00e9rale d\u2019\u00c9tat qui lui reproche, entre autres chefs d\u2019accusations, du d\u00e9tournement de deniers publics, de la corruption, de l\u2019atteinte \u00e0 la fortune publique, de l\u2019abus de fonction et de confiance et de l\u2019entrave au bon fonctionnement de la justice.<\/p>\n

Des chefs d\u2019accusations qui datent de sa gestion du minist\u00e8re du p\u00e9trole entre 2011 et 2016, selon la plainte de l\u2019inspection g\u00e9n\u00e9rale d\u2019\u00c9tat.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
