Livrable en 2022, ce pont le reliera \u00e0 la Mauritanie sur 1 461 m\u00e8tres. Son co\u00fbt est \u00e9valu\u00e9 \u00e0 82,2 millions EUR dont 53,5% mobilis\u00e9s par la BAD.<\/p>\n<p>Le gouvernement s\u00e9n\u00e9galais, r\u00e9uni en Conseil des ministres le 8 septembre, a examin\u00e9 et adopt\u00e9 le projet de loi sur la convention sur la fiscalit\u00e9 applicable au projet de construction du pont de Rosso. Le nouveau texte a pour objectif de d\u00e9terminer les r\u00e8gles fiscales en mati\u00e8re d\u2019exon\u00e9ration et d\u2019admission temporaire, dont les exemptions en mati\u00e8re de droits et taxes d\u2019entr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, les entreprises install\u00e9es aussi bien au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal qu\u2019en Mauritanie pourront b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des avantages du r\u00e9gime sp\u00e9cial cr\u00e9\u00e9 par la convention, ce qui sera de nature \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des travaux. Le 9 juillet dernier, le gouvernement mauritanien a approuv\u00e9 un projet de loi similaire.<\/p>\n<p>Longue de 1\u2009461 m\u00e8tres sur une largeur de 55 m\u00e8tres, l\u2019infrastructure, de 2 x 1 voie, permettra selon des \u00e9tudes de la Banque africaine de d\u00e9veloppement de r\u00e9duire le temps de franchissement de la fronti\u00e8re. Il passera th\u00e9oriquement de 25 \u00e0 2 minutes. Une fois le pont achev\u00e9, le trafic quotidien moyen bondirait de 115 v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 370 \u00e0 sa mise en service, puis \u00e0 3\u2009210 \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2048. Les v\u00e9hicules gagneront deux heures sur le trajet de Nouakchott \u00e0 Dakar, long de 550 kilom\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n<p>De fa\u00e7on plus sp\u00e9cifique, le pont de Rosso devrait \u00e9galement contribuer \u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration des conditions de vie des populations de la zone d\u2019influence du projet, \u00e0 savoir la wilaya du Trarza (r\u00e9gion du Trarza) en Mauritanie et la r\u00e9gion de Saint-Louis, au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n<p>Sa r\u00e9alisation, pr\u00e9vue pour s\u2019achever en 2022, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un financement de 29 milliards FCFA (44 millions d\u2019euros) de la BAD, soit 53,5% du co\u00fbt total du projet \u00e9valu\u00e9 \u00e0 54 milliards FCFA (82,2 millions d\u2019euros).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal \u00e9labore un cadre fiscal sp\u00e9cifique pour les entreprises engag\u00e9es dans la construction du pont de Rosso.
