A l’issue de trois jours de discussions, la charte de transition a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e ce samedi soir \u00e0 Bamako elle fixe la dur\u00e9e de la transition \u00e0 18 mois et charge un comit\u00e9 form\u00e9 par la junte de d\u00e9signer un pr\u00e9sident civil ou militaire pour diriger cette transition.<\/p>\n

Il pr\u00e9voit aussi trois organes de transition\u00a0: le pr\u00e9sident et son vice-pr\u00e9sident\u00a0;\u00a0le conseil national de transition regroupant 121 personnes r\u00e9parties entre le M5 (coalition de l\u2019opposition), les partis politiques, les journalistes, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, les religieux, la diaspora, les jeunes et les femmes\u00a0; et enfin un Premier ministre \u00e0 la t\u00eate d’un gouvernement de 25 membres.<\/p>\n

Le rapporteur de la r\u00e9union d\u00e9sign\u00e9 par la junte assure que le document est adopt\u00e9\u00a0de facto\u00a0par acclamation. Le chef de la junte, le colonel Assimi Go\u00efta, s’est f\u00e9licit\u00e9 des travaux lors de son discours de cl\u00f4ture.<\/p>\n

Ce qui nous attend \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent est tout aussi ardu. C’est-\u00e0-dire mettre en \u0153uvre les r\u00e9solutions issues de ces assises indique le colonel Assimi Go\u00efta.<\/p>\n

A l’inverse, des responsables du mouvement de contestation\u00a0M5 ont fait entendre leurs critiques. \u00ab\u00a0Ce n’est pas d\u00e9mocratique du tout. Le rapport g\u00e9n\u00e9ral a \u00e9t\u00e9 charcut\u00e9 et ne correspond pas \u00e0 ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 dit dans les groupes de travail\u00a0\u00bb, a ainsi reproch\u00e9 Sy Kadiatou Sow, grande figure du mouvement d\u00e9mocratique.
