L’ancien pr\u00e9sident de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration internationale d’athl\u00e9tisme Lamine Diack a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 mercredi \u00e0 Paris \u00e0 quatre ans de prison, dont deux ans avec sursis, pour son implication dans un r\u00e9seau de corruption destin\u00e9 \u00e0 dissimuler\u00a0des cas de dopage en Russie.<\/p>\n

Le verdict vient de tomber sur l\u2019affaire Lamine Diack \u00e0 l\u2019IAAF. L\u2019ancien chef de l\u2019instance dirigeante de l\u2019athl\u00e9tisme mondial, a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 mercredi en France pour corruption dans un scandale de dopage russe.<\/p>\n

Lamine Diack, 87 ans, a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu coupable d\u2019avoir accept\u00e9 des pots-de-vin d\u2019athl\u00e8tes soup\u00e7onn\u00e9s de dopage, pour dissimuler les r\u00e9sultats des tests et les laisser continuer \u00e0 concourir, y compris aux Jeux olympiques de Londres de 2012.<\/p>\n

Le tribunal a \u00e9galement d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Diack coupable d\u2019avoir accept\u00e9 de l\u2019argent russe pour aider \u00e0 financer la campagne de Macky Sall pour l\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise de 2012, en \u00e9change d\u2019un ralentissement des proc\u00e9dures antidopage.<\/p>\n

Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 mercredi \u00e0 quatre ans de prison dont deux avec sursis et 500.000 euros d\u2019amende (environ 329 millions Franc FCFA) pour corruption par la justice fran\u00e7aise. Le verdict a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9 ce mercredi, devant Lamine Diack, qui est arriv\u00e9 au tribunal accompagn\u00e9 de ses deux avocats, Mes Simon Ndiaye et Fran\u00e7ois Bourdon, selon la presse \u00e9trang\u00e8re.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
