Il fera face au Procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour d\u2019appel de Ziguinchor, Assane Ndiaye, d\u00e9sign\u00e9 comme rapporteur.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, Cette audition du pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019UMS pr\u00e9vue \u00e0 la Cour supr\u00eame de Dakar, fait suite \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0des propos qu\u2019il aurait tenus lors d\u2019une interview parue dans la presse\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de cette interview, le juge prenait la d\u00e9fense de son coll\u00e8gue, Ngor Diop, suite \u00e0 son affectation \u00e0 la Cour d\u2019appel de Thi\u00e8s, d\u00e9non\u00e7ant le manque de garanties d\u2019ind\u00e9pendance du juge s\u00e9n\u00e9galais, et l\u2019immixtion de l\u2019Ex\u00e9cutif dans la gestion des carri\u00e8res des magistrats.<\/p>\n<p>Selon certains observateurs avis\u00e9s, cette audition risque de ne pas se d\u00e9rouler tranquillement car les magistrats ont fini de battre le rappel des troupes, mobilis\u00e9s pour apporter leur soutien \u00e0 Teliko. En plus des avocats dont Mes Cir\u00e9 Cl\u00e9dor LY, Demba Cir\u00e9 Bathily et Seydou Diagne, le magistrat se fera \u00e9galement assister par ses coll\u00e8gues. Plusieurs d\u2019entre eux volontairement constitu\u00e9s pour sa d\u00e9fense.
