Ce dernier, pour rappel, est le p\u00e8re de Doudou Faye du nom de cet enfant de 14 ans p\u00e9ri en mer lors d\u2019une tentative d\u2019\u00e9migration clandestine. Ses deux pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s complices encourent la m\u00eame peine.<\/p>\n<p>Devant le pr\u00e9toire, le p\u00e8re de la victime, qui a regrett\u00e9 son acte, dit avoir pay\u00e9 250 mille francs CFA afin que son fils puisse voyager. Son acte a \u00e9t\u00e9 motiv\u00e9 par le fait que beaucoup de jeunes du quartier ont voyag\u00e9 et ont, aujourd\u2019hui, r\u00e9ussi leur vie. \u00ab\u00a0Si je savais qu\u2019il allait mourir, je ne d\u00e9penserais pas mon argent\u00a0\u00bb, regrette-t-il face au juge. Et d\u2019ajouter\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0je voulais qu\u2019il devienne un joueur pour nous aider et nous sortir de la pauvret\u00e9 dans laquelle nous vivons\u00a0\u00bb. Apr\u00e8s le r\u00e9quisitoire du parquet, les avocats de la d\u00e9fense en l\u2019occurrence Mes Assane Dioma Ndiaye et Abdoulaye Tall ont plaid\u00e9 la relaxe. Selon eux, les pr\u00e9venus sont des victimes et non des coupables.
