Apr\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9clatement de l\u2019affaire dite \u00ab\u00a0Kara S\u00e9curit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, 43 personnes des centres de redressement de Serigne Modou Kara ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9crou\u00e9s et plac\u00e9s sous mandat de d\u00e9p\u00f4t. Pour les d\u00e9fendres, Me Bamba Ciss\u00e9 et Me El Hadji Diouf ont \u00e9t\u00e9 contact\u00e9s par les proches du guide religieux, notamment son \u00e9pouse, son fils, sa fille et son cousin, pour assurer la d\u00e9fense des personnes arr\u00eat\u00e9es, moyennant le paiement d\u2019honoraires.<\/p>\n

Mais lors de sa derni\u00e8re sortie, Serigne Modou Kara a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019il n\u2019avait pas besoin de d\u00e9fenseurs, car il a confi\u00e9 son dossier \u00e0 Serigne Touba. Une d\u00e9claration qui n\u2019a visiblement pas plu \u00e0\u00a0Me El Hadji Diouf et Me Bamba Ciss\u00e9, qui se sont d\u00e9sist\u00e9s.
