De fait, des changements importants vont s\u2019op\u00e9rer dans le management et le fonctionnement des maisons de presse.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Le Quotidien, le projet de d\u00e9cret relatif aux avantages et obligations attach\u00e9s aux statuts d\u2019entreprises de presse et le projet de d\u00e9cret fixant les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019organisation et de fonctionnement du Fonds d\u2019appui et de d\u00e9veloppement de la presse ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9s par Macky Sall: Promesse tenue donc pour le pr\u00e9sident, apr\u00e8s dix ann\u00e9es de lutte des acteurs de la presse pour assainir le milieu.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9sormais, ne pourront pr\u00e9tendre au titre de \u00abjournalistes\u00bb que les personnes ayant obtenu un dipl\u00f4me dans l\u2019une des \u00e9coles de journalismes reconnues par l\u2019\u00c9tat, ou \u00eatre d\u00e9tenteur d\u2019un dipl\u00f4me universitaire (minimum licence) assorti \u00e0 un minimum de deux ans de stage dans une r\u00e9daction.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce qui est des sites d\u2019informations, ils seront tr\u00e8s encadr\u00e9s. Pour pr\u00e9tendre au titre de \u00absite d\u2019information en ligne\u00bb, il faudra une r\u00e9daction minimale de trois personnes. Le directeur de la publication quant \u00e0 lui devra justifier d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience dans la presse d\u2019au moins 10 ans,\u00a0 tandis que le r\u00e9dacteur en chef devra se pr\u00e9valoir d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience minimale de sept ans.
